Over the next few weeks I will be giving you a few chunky clips from our video footage of the recent Landlord Law conference.
Starting off with my talk on tenancy agreements.
This was the first talk of the event and people were still coming in – as you can see. In the talk I discuss why a tenancy agreement is important, two tenancy types, a landlords’ ‘moment of power’, and give a bit of advice to investor landlords.
Anyway click the big arrow below and see what you think. The clip is 5.37 minutes long – you may have to wait a minute for it to load.
If you are interested in watching the rest of this video (33.19 minutes) AND being able to download the talk notes, powerpoint and an mp3 audio to listen to in your car, this will cost you just £18 (inclusive of VAT).
In the talk I look at the other tenancy types, the different ways of treating shared properties, and the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999 – among other things.
