A bit of a strange week, and also quite a momentous week for me, which will mean some changes in the way that I work.
Its all quite exciting though – but I’m not going to tell you what it is. Sorry!

Are we allowed to refuse access to our landlord?
A blog clinic question this where a tenant has one of those really annoying landlords who keeps letting himself in whenever he likes, and at all times of the day. Legal? See what I had to say about it here …
