Landlord and tenant law is becoming increasingly consumer orientated. There is consumer legislation now relating to standards of advertising and service, fairness of legal agreements, and tenants rights for breaches of contract.
However these rights are not well known as they are scattered through many different acts and regulations. So last September I asked David Smith to do a workshop on consumer law.
This was filmed and I am in the process of turning this into an online course. It has some REALLY important points in it so this will be valuable training for all in the PRS.
The course will be launched very soon. If you would like to be notified please click here.
