The sun is shining as I write which is rather lovely. Lots of things in the pipeline – there is my Learn at Lunchtime webinar coming up on Friday, and I have been setting up some interview webinars which I will announce later.
I am also in the process of developing some handy ‘kits’ for you. These will be on specific problems and will give detailed guidance on how the problem can be resolved while complying with the law.
The first one will be to help landlords who failed to protect their deposits and will tell you exactly what you need to do in order to be able to serve a valid section 21 notice.
