David Smith is perhaps the best-known landlord and tenant solicitor around today, not least for his work with the Residential Landlords Association (now, after its merger with the National Landlords Association, known as the National Residential Landlords Association).
In this third part of his interview with Tessa Shepperson, he talks about his work as the RLA Policy Director (including a lot of TV and radio appearances) and the lobbying work done by him on behalf of the Association.
As we learn towards the end of this section, David’s role with the Association has been renewed with a new title of ‘Legal Counsel’.
