In this final part of a long interview with solicitor David Smith, he talks about his move to solicitors JMW and his work there.
He also discusses other work that he has done, for example, his mediation work, which leads on to a discussion about a possible new Housing Court.
David then talks about the new book just out on Data Protection (and why it is necessary) and two other books he has been commissioned to write – one on housing law in Northern Ireland and the other on housing law in Wales – timed to be published when the long-delayed Renting Homes (Wales) Act 2016 comes into force.
This wraps up David’s story so far, but I am sure he will be around for a long time in the future. So watch this space!
Looking forward to his next interview.
