Lockdown is a good time for training. At Landlord Law we are just coming to the end of our January Giveaway series.

For February and March, we will be running a series of free webinars. The first of which is:

Five issues to be aware of with the new ‘Breathing space’ regulations

This webinar is with solicitor David Smith of JMW Solicitors who will be my guest in about half of the webinars.

There has been a lot of controversy about these regulations and a lot of concern from landlords.

Who will be eligible for the ‘breathing space’ and how long will it last?
What happens if tenants fail to pay rent as agreed?
Will they prevent landlords recovering possession indefinitely where the ‘mental health’ grounds are used?

David will be discussing five issues and, subject to time, answering your questions.
