Legal Cases on Landlord Law Blog

Landlord Law Blog tries to cover most of the main cases which affect landlords and tenants in the private sector.

However we only report on the most important cases and do not claim to cover them all. We tend to just cover the most significant Court of Appeal and Supreme Court cases.

For a more complete record and comment on cases please see the Nearly Legal Blog.

The 'official' online record for important cases is the 'bailii' website (bailii stands for British and Irish Legal Information Institute).
